Table Mountain is one of the most popular stops on the red bus route. With the City Tour to Table Mountain, you will be able to jump the long queues at the Lower Cable Station and scoot right up the cableway to enjoy one of the most majestic views in the world.

World of Birds

World of Birds, Hout Bay (stop 22)

There are more than 3,000 bird species to see at the World of Birds! This sanctuary also offers mammals like monkeys and meerkats. There is a restaurant offering light meals, but you’re also welcome to bring a picnic basket.

The Digital Dome provides daily shows in a 360-degree cinema, where visitors can virtually explore the universe. It is the most advanced digital planetarium on the African continent.

Castle of Good Hope

Castle of Good Hope (stop 18)

The oldest surviving colonial building in South Africa. Catch the key ceremony at the Castle of Goodhope before 10 am on weekdays to see the guards open the fort, fire a signal cannon, and ring the bell.

Kirstenbosch

Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden (stop 20)

Hailed as one of the great botanic gardens of the world. It's a great place for interactive workshops and guided walks. Pack a picnic basket and enjoy the natural environment at Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden.

Green Point Park

Green Point Urban Park (stop 12)

Access to Green Point Urban Park is free. While the kids enjoy the biodiversity gardens, you can slot in a workout at the outdoor gym or enjoy the lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean.
